What is CaringBridge®? Patients undergoing cancer treatment often find the constant outpouring of concern from friends, co-workers and family members can be demanding. We offer our patients complimentary CaringBridge® Web pages as a way to control the flow of communication, so they can focus their energy on getting well. CaringBridge can be personalized by the patient and used to communicate with loved ones during their treatment and beyond — allowing them to update the page, as well as receive messages online in a controlled manner. Every time the CaringBridge page is updated, an email is sent automatically to designated friends and family.
Setting Up Your CaringBridge page Creating a personalized CaringBridge Web page is straightforward; set up typically takes less than 10 minutes. In addition, privacy is not a concern. CaringBridge Web pages are fully secure; they are password protected and compliant with all patient privacy regulations. The only individuals who can access updates are those you notify or add to your updates list.
